		<description>I'm glad the FED doesn't work for the government.  If you think the FED is bad just watch what would happen if the Government controlled the banking system, it would be all down hill.  As for these pesky bubbles, I like them.  Who cares if they pop as long as I get out first.  To me life is musical chairs anyway, someone is always left standing</description>
