Chinese Potstickers


Potstickers are a Cheng family tradition. I learned from my parents. My father would hand make the dumpling skins, make the stuffing, and my mother would wrap. I learned to replicate the recipe, and now it is my hope that my two boys learn the recipe and then pass on to their children. The dumplings freeze nicely and are a great and fast meal. I made a time lapse of my efficiency of making Chinese dumplings also called Gyoza.
