Perhaps the most famous landmark in all of Rio is 10 story statue of Christ that overlooks the entire city. It is quite a hike to go up to the top, but a group of us ventured to see the city’s most famous landmark. The views are absolutely spectacular.
Many years in a row, my parents, my brother, Dave, and his family come visit me in my house at Myrtle Beach. At the same time, a good friends of our family, the Trents, also come to Myrtle Beach, along with their extended family. One evening, we all go over to their Trents, and then one evening they come over to my house, and I took this video.
My brother Dave lives in Columbus OH and I went up there with my video camera to catch some action of Dave and Sandy, and the kids, Ryan and Joshua. Ryan is quite a ham.
This is the first video that I took in Rio. It is taken at one of the larger landmarks in Rio called Sugar Loaf which is a small stone mountain that overlooks many of the more attractive areas of the Southern part of Rio.
